Request your data file from Instagram (steps below) and drop it in the box above. Nothing ever touches your account.
On a computer: install the extension, open your followers and following lists on instagram.com and scroll to the bottom. It notes the names as they pass — you scroll, it never does — and your results appear in the toolbar.
Profile → menu (☰) → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
Tap Download or transfer information → choose your account → Some of your information → tick Followers and following → Download to device.
Set Format: JSON and Date range: All time, then create the file. HTML format works here too, but JSON is the sure thing.
Instagram emails you when it's ready — for just followers & following it's usually minutes. Download the ZIP and drop it on this page. Done.
